Data Processing Agreement

This page describes how Et Fing, LLC, doing business as Mix Revision (“Mix Revision”), processes personal data on behalf of our users and the sub-processors we rely on to deliver the Services.

Mix Revision acts as a data processor when processing personal data submitted by engineers through the platform — for example, client names, audio files, and review comments. Engineers act as data controllers for the personal data of their clients. Mix Revision acts as a data controller for data collected directly from engineers.

Standard Contractual Clauses

For transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States, Mix Revision relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). All sub-processors listed below have implemented SCCs or equivalent safeguards in their own DPAs.

Data Security

• Row-level security on all database tables enforcing strict user isolation
• Private cloud storage with signed, time-limited URLs for all audio file access
• Cryptographically random (UUIDv4) tokens for all client-facing review links
• HTTPS enforced across all endpoints
• Input validation and sanitization on all user-submitted content
• Access to production systems limited to authorized personnel only
• Daily database backups with 7-day retention

Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Upon account deletion, audio files, projects, songs, revisions, and tasks are permanently deleted. Account records are anonymized to preserve required financial records. Engineers may request deletion of specific data at any time via account settings.
