We built this because I was sick of switching between five apps every time a client sent notes. I wanted one place where the note lands and the checklist is already waiting for me.

FAQ

Before you start.

Does my client need an account?
No. You send one link — they click the waveform and leave notes with no login, no download, and nothing to install. It works on their phone.
What audio formats can I upload?
WAV, AIFF, MP3, FLAC, and MP4, up to 500 MB per file. Every upload is checked by its actual file header, not just its extension, so a mislabeled file gets rejected.
Can I stop clients from downloading the mix?
Yes. Download is off by default. Flip “Allow client download” per song when you want to hand off the file — until you do, the review page never generates a download link for the client.
What DAWs does the plugin support?
Any DAW that loads AAX, AU, or VST3 plugins — Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Cubase, Studio One, Reaper, Ableton Live, and more. macOS 11 or later; Windows support is coming.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
It rolls into Pro at $29/mo — cancel anytime. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of your billing period; after that your account becomes read-only: your songs, notes, and files stay put, you can download everything, and existing client links keep playing. Resubscribe anytime and it’s all exactly where you left it. Files are stored for 12 months after cancellation.
Is my audio secure?
Your files live in a private bucket and are only ever served through short-lived signed links — never a public URL. Review links use unguessable tokens, every table is locked to its own engineer, and every listen, view, and download is logged so you can spot a leaked link.
